The pages of “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil” come alive while sipping a sweet iced tea under a willow tree on a hazy summer day. I went to Savannah, Georgia many moons (and several years) ago on a Girls Getaway with my sisters for my mom’s 60th birthday. Overall, I’d recommend Savannah highly to anyone looking for any type of weekend getaway. It’s rich with beautiful architecture and weeping willows everywhere you turn.

Sometimes I think it’s better to show you a place instead of telling you, so here are some photos I took when I was there. Please keep in mind that these were taken quite hastily as we were walking around and on a very mediocre camera. Also, because these pictures were “living” on an old laptop,  I didn’t have capabilities to edit them.
